The Greek Revival-style Clarke House, built in 1836 and today the oldest surviving home in Chicago, presents the lifestyle of an antebellum middle-class Chicago family.

The Tawas Lighthouse, in Tawas Point State Park, has been in operation since 1876 and still provides views both of Lake Huron and of lighthouse history.

The Mann House, built in 1883 and furnished with pieces from the 1840s to the turn of the century, allows visitors a view into the life of Michiganians at the close of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th.

The Arms Family Museum is housed in Greystone, a century-old Arts and Crafts-style residence.
