Concord Historical Society [CA]

Description

The Concord Historical Society works to preserve and showcase the history of Concord, California, and the surrounding area. While the society does not offer a museum, it does offer resources which will interest teachers and researchers alike.

The society offers guided tours of downtown Concord, periodic special events, and a collection of historic primary sources. The website offers an events calendar, visitor information for the downtown tours, and teaching resources which consist of sample lesson plans.
