The Museum is a tribute to Delaware's native son, Eldridge Reeves Johnson, who founded the Victor Talking Machine Company in 1901. Exhibits include phonographs, recordings, memorabilia, trademarks, objects, and paintings that highlight Mr. Johnson's successful business enterprises and chronicle the development of the sound-recording industry.

Housed in the 1899 Victorian firehouse Reily Hose Company No. 10, the Museum displays a collection of artifacts ranging from hand-drawn equipment to modern tools.

The Farmington River Valley landmark of Heublein Tower sits atop Talcott Mountain, a long, precipitous wooded ledge named after the Talcott family. The 165-foot structure was built as a summer home in 1914 by Gilbert Heublein. In the early '50s, two future presidents were guests of the Hartford Times, then General Dwight D. Eisenhower (who was asked to run for office there) and Ronald Reagan, then president of the Screen Actors' Guild. Following a period of ownership of the property by the Hartford Times during WWII and the early 1950s, it was slated for residential development by a private corporation when the 557 acres of Talcott Mountain came under public ownership in 1965 through the cooperative efforts of private conservationists and state and federal governments.

The Museum is located in historic Denver Fire Station No. 1. The building was constructed in 1909 for Engine Company No. 1 by Glen W. Huntington, noted Denver architect, as one of the largest firehouses ever built in Denver. The building served as a working fire station until 1974. Today the Museum offers hands-on activities and exhibits which provide information about fire safety and prevention as well as the history of the Denver Fire Department and historic Fire Station No. 1. Visitors can try on firefighting equipment, slide down a pole, and ride on a fire truck designed just for kids.

The Museum brings to life the 3,000-year history of farming and ranching in New Mexico. The main building contains more than 24,000-square-feet of exhibit space, along with catering space for meetings and events, a mercantile, and theater. Visitors can watch a cow being milked, stroll along corrals filled with livestock, enjoy several gardens, or watch one of a growing number of demonstrations.

The Seneca Museum celebrates historic Seneca Falls, Seneca County, and the Finger Lakes region of central New York State. The Museum illustrates how the Seneca River and the Cayuga-Seneca Canal powered the rise of industry and fostered cultural development, helping to spread social reform movements.

This 2,800 square foot beautiful Eastlake architectural style Victorian home built in 1895 features 10 rooms and five fireplaces. Visitors can see what life was like for Rosson House residents of Block 14, owners and tenants both, in early Phoenix during Arizona's late territorial times all in its original location.

The Harriet Tubman Home preserves the legacy of "the Moses of Her People" in the place where she lived and died in freedom. The site is located on 26 acres of land in Auburn, New York, and is owned and operated by the AME Zion Church. It includes four buildings, two of which were used by Harriet Tubman. Some articles of furniture, and a portrait that belonged to Harriet Tubman are now on display in the Home.

The Society operates the the Crescent Farm's Rock Barn, constructed in 1906 by Augustus Lee Coggins. It is believed to be the only existing rock barn in Georgia; today, it serves the Society as a meeting hall, exhibition center, and special events facility. The Society also maintains the Historic Courthouse Jail.

The barn offers exhibits; the jail offers tours by appointment; and the society offers research library access and recreational and educational events.

The B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center will take visitors back to the place where B.B. King grew up and lived the blues long before he learned to make the music that would change his life. Proposed educational, cultural, and character development programming will take the form of classes, mentoring, and interactive exhibits. In addition, the stories of the Delta, from its history to its music, social mores, race relations, literature and legends, and adversities and successes will be examined in one interpretive setting.
