The Society operates the Jello-O Gallery, which presents exhibits related to the history of Jell-O, including a new exhibit that reflects Bill Cosby's influence over 30 years. Visitors can listen to entertainers Kate Smith, Jack Benny, and Lucile Ball as they promote the Jell-O product over the radio air waves and see television personalities Andy Griffith and Gomer Pyle along with Bill Cosby as they pitch Jell-O. The Gallery also houses an exhibit highlighting the evolution of transportation in the 20th century.

Located on a 66-acre estate on Sarasota Bay, the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art was established in 1927 as the legacy of John Ringling (1866–1936) and his wife, Mable (1875–1929). Recognized as the official State Art Museum of Florida, the Museum of Art offers 21 galleries of European paintings as well as Cypriot antiquities, Asian art, American paintings, and contemporary art. The Ulla R. and Arthur F. Searing Wing hosts a variety of traveling exhibitions throughout the year. The estate features the spectacular Cà d'Zan ("House of John"), a waterfront mansion that was restored in 2002. The Circus Museums, including the Tibbals Learning Center, display the world's largest miniature circus, costumes, wagons, performance equipment, and other artifacts chronicling the history of the Circus. The estate also features Mable Ringling's Rose Garden, completed in 1913, and beautifully landscaped grounds overlooking Sarasota Bay.

THSA is the only organization in the U.S. which exclusively records and preserves the rich architectural, cultural and social history of America's theatres. Through its collections and publications, THSA makes available information on more than 15,000 theatres, primarily in the United States, and encourages further research in these areas. The Society also operates the American Theatre Architecture Archives and the American Movie Palace Museum. The Archives contain an extensive collection of photographs, slides, negatives, books, blueprints, clippings, videos, printed programs, and other material on historic theatres, primarily in the U.S. The Museum features exhibits of photographs, artworks, antiques, artifacts, and other memorabilia relating primarily to the "golden age of the movie palace."

The Museum houses automobiles and artifacts related to Ypsilanti's automobile production industry history, including original Hudson Dealer memorabilia. It is also home to the world's last Hudson Dealer, with records dating to 1927.

The Homestead is the home of the fictional Old Order Amish family of Daniel and Lizzie Fisher. Inside the Homestead, visitors learn of Amish traditions and practices, including Sunday church services held in the home. They tour the nine rooms on the first and second floors and learn up close how the Fisher family lives from day to day.

The homestead offers the "experiential theater" film Jacob's Choice and tours.

The Avery Point Lightouse, located at the southeastern end of the University of Connecticut's Avery Point campus, was built in 1943 to aid the Coast Guard station at Avery Point. Unfortunately, when the station closed in 1967, the maintenance and upkeep of the lighthouse was neglected. In 1997, the University of Connecticut considered razing the structure. This was prevented thanks to the efforts of the Avery Point Lighthouse Society, which culminated in the relighting of the lighthouse in 2006. The tower is not open to the public.

The Sewall-Belmont House and Museum explores the evolving role of women and their contributions to society through the continuing, and often untold, story of women's pursuit for equality. The museum is the headquarters of the historic National Woman's Party and was the Washington home of its founder and Equal Rights Amendment author Alice Paul. Sewall-Belmont, named in the first Save America's Treasures legislation, is the only museum in the nation's capital dedicated to preserving and showcasing a crucial piece of our history—the fight for the American woman's right to vote. This struggle is documented through one of the most significant collections in the country focused on the suffrage and equal rights movements.

The Hiller Aviation Museum celebrates the human spirit of adventure expressed in the history of aviation in Northern California and beyond. Through aircraft collections, exhibits, and programs, the museum provides multiple ways for visitors to experience the adventure and innovation of flight and to use aviation as a portal for exploring science, history, and technology.

The Hall's Museum features over 50 exhibits exploring the achievements of Rome's gifted athletes with pictures, trophies, uniforms, and equipment. The inclusive descriptions on the 126 Inductee Plaques give visitors a capsule review of the milestones in the inductees' sports careers.
